This was a favorite quote of Sr Philothea, one my 7th and 8th grade teachers. She applied it liberally in response to anyone who did not want to "tow the line" in one way or another.
I am not sure how many times my brothers heard that quote but it stuck,
that is, in at a least one way. Three of four brothers now reside "out West."
And the appeal is obvious.
