Stained Glass Windows from the The Sisters of St. Francis of the Holy Eucharist Independence MO. Part 2 on Salvaged Stained Glass Windows.
The windows installed in the Franciscan Sisters of the Holy Savior Chapel and surrounds.
The windows are approximately 100 years old and salvaged from closed religious buildings. Several, if not all, are back-lit with artificial light since actual windows do not exist. In this way, the glass is not exposed to harsh elements of nature and will last indefinitely without repair. The appearance looks very natural. The quality of this glass and composition make these well worth the investment.
