Thank you for visiting!
I have been studying visual art, instructing, leading activities and workshops for most of my life. I began my formal training as a secular artist at the Calatrava (the Milwaukee Art Museum) and then studied at the Sorbonne University, Paris. Thereafter, I continued working and developing as an independent artist while raising a family alongside my husband, David, who is also an artist and entrepreneur. Somewhere along the way, I "fell in love" with with the richness and beauty of religious and sacred art expression. I have never turned back.
Since my chosen area of interest is highly specialized, I am primarily self-taught. I intuitively follow my God-given, creative path and have come to realize that it is truly a lifelong journey. The inspiration for my sacred and religious art comes from study and prayer. And, like many artists today, I participate in long-distance certificate programs on art, traveling to art workshops, conferences and museums, private instruction and more.
If you are seriously considering me for a commission, I am happy to share a selection from my many references.
